Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-10 minutes, to work on the deep connective tissues of the body, like ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

This is a slow-paced, meditative practice that emphasizes stillness and relaxation, allowing the body to relax into the stretch and the mind to find a state of present moment awareness. We will end with a guided meditation.
