Cooking Class & Chef Dinner at the Fat Tuscan in Support of the Gainesville Giving Garden

Join us for a special evening in support of The Giving Garden, hosted at the beautiful Fat Tuscan Café. This elegant end-of-summer fundraiser features a four-course gourmet cooking demonstration and dinner prepared and presented by Chef Michelle Gioviti, owner of the Fat Tuscan.

Each course will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines, highlighting the best of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from small organic farms in our region. Guests will enjoy an interactive chef demonstration class, a charming setting in the historic Vidal House, and a deliciously curated experience from start to finish.

Cap the evening with a handmade dessert, espresso, and a brief presentation from Giving Garden on our work in food justice and community education.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to The Giving Garden’s mission of cultivating food security and community resilience through education, access, and collaboration.
