Join us every Tuesday from 7 - 8 p.m. to engage in group meditation. In this group we will explore a variety of meditative approaches and modalities. This group is intended for any individual looking to practice regardless of experience level.
Each group will include a brief introduction to a specific meditative approach followed by a guided 20 - 30 minute sit. The group will conclude with daily reading and discussion.
Whether you are seeking to build upon an already established meditation practice or are interested in practicing meditation for the first time, come and experience (in a demystified and grounded way) the multitude of benefits presence practices have to offer!
Sliding scale donation $10-$25
What to Bring: Yourself, Props to Aid w/ Comfort (mats, blankets, and back-jacks will be provided), An Open Mind & Heart
What NOT to Bring: Your Cell Phone
Who: Vincent Ardizzone, Mental Health Counselor and Yoga/Meditation Teacher. Vincent has been guiding individuals through meditative practices for more than a decade.
