Aerial Silks (All Levels) with Kristen Woods @ The Hut

Aerial Fabrics are for everyone! The art form of aerial fabrics was invented in the late 19th century by acrobats exploring how they can expand the possibilities of human movement. Classes encourage students to explore creative possibilities of their bodies - in the air! Circus is the union of art and sport. In this mixed-level Aerial Silks class students will learn the fundamental skills of aerial fabrics and work towards momentum-based challenges. We will also explore creative prompts. Class will include a warm up, skill learning and a cool down. Students should wear exercise clothes they can comfortably invert in and something to cover their midriff and armpits.
