Be A Health Scientist! GSK Science in Summer at the North Shreveport Branch

This summer, Shreve Memorial Library, in partnership with Sci-Port Discover Center and the Franklin Institute, is giving children in grades 2nd through 6th the chance to be a Health Scientist!

Join us for a free 3hour STEM program full of hands-on activities about the role of scientists and engineers as they investigate problems related to human health and well-being. The activities encourage scientific practices like making observations and testing hypotheses while exploring questions related to health.
