CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Pumped Up Strength is a beat-driven group strength training class that uses medium-heavy dumbbells for a total-body workout. This upbeat class integrates functional upper and lower body movements that build into blocks of dynamic strength flows for a majorly fun, challenging, and effective workout that feels like a party!
