RACHEL BENTHAM writes both prose, scripts and poetry. She is an experienced radio writer, having written many dramas and docu-dramas for BBC Radio 4, on subjects as varied as shoplifting, medieval gargoyles, Stonehenge, and an Edwardian parachuting diva. She is drawn to the esoteric and metaphysical, as well as the deliciousness of history. Her film script Learning the Ropes won the Picture This prize, and many of her short stories have been broadcast by the BBC.

CLAIRE WILLIAMSON has published four volumes of poetry. She was Director of Studies of MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes with Metanoia Institute for ten years and has written extensively for performance with Welsh National Opera and composer Mark Lawrence. Claire's writing has won acclaim with The Bridport Prize, Neil Gunn, Sentinel, Poetry Space, Bristol Poetry Institute and Aurora.

SUBITHA BAGHIRATHAN is a poet and author whose work is often inspired by motherhood, the Buddhist faith and living as a Sri Lankan and as a woman of colour in England. Subitha works in the field of health inequalities for people of colour and uses ‘words for wellbeing’ in her work.
