Build, RVA Public Class: Intro to Carpentry

Gain a basic understanding of carpentry methods, use of hand tools, problem solving, structural competency and safety. Practicing basic cuts with hand and power saws, proper wood selection, basic joinery methods with nails or screws, wood shop safety procedures, building and assembling a set of sawhorses to take home.
