Joint training sessions led by experienced coaches from all three countries, combining sport karate and traditional Okinawan techniques in Kozarovice. (Output: joint methodology guide in video form). Workshop on the history and philosophy of karate with contributions from all countries. (Output: educational infographic and short recorded interviews with participants). Cultural exchange evening, where each group presents a short performance or activity related to their local traditions (songs, language, food). (Output: social media photo series + blog post) Local excursion to historical landmarks in South Bohemia (e.g., Český Krumlov or Hluboká Castle) to foster informal interactions and deeper intercultural learning. Public demonstration event: participants will perform techniques.
