Baby & Me Yoga - 4 Week Series

This 4-week postnatal yoga sign-up series offers gentle exercises designed to aid recovery, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being in a nurturing environment with baby by your side. Each 75 minute class is tailored to support physical and emotional healing post-birth and will incorporate various postpartum topics, breathwork practices, 55-60 minutes of mindful movements and 15-20 minutes for connecting with other new parents over a cup of tea (provided).
Please bring a blanket for your baby. Our new studio has lots of space for babies and their belongings, a baby change table, hot water/microwave, fridge, comfy couches, is lactation friendly and free parking.
Suitable for 6 weeks (8 weeks post cesarean birth) to pre-crawling. No prior yoga experience is required.
This series will be taught by a yoga facilitator with her 4 month old baby present.
