Aerial Restorative Yoga with Reiki

Discover & enjoy the deep relaxation process of Restorative Yoga while using the gentle support of the silk. In that place of being comfortably held you’ll allow the muscles and yourself to let go and bring balance on all levels!

The hammocks will be set very low to the ground. After some gentle warm ups you’ll move into postures that you’ll hold for few minutes each!
Optional: Receiving Reiki (Universal Life Force/Healing Energy) during Restorative postures & Savasana.
Aerial experience is not needed!
Please, bring your own yoga mat and a blanket/or towel.
