Join me for a Pound & Pour workout experience! β€œPound Pro,” is a full body workout that combines cardio, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. It involves weighted drumsticks (which are provided, of course) and yoga mats.
The workout is usually about 45 minutes accompanied by fun music!

Tickets can be purchased at the door, or directly through me to secure your spot in advance!
