Wet Dog Art; Storytime

There's something about Eastern Oregon and dogs--it's a love story. So join us on September 16th to celebrate our love of dogs by making wet dog art. We will read from 10-10:30, then craft from 10:30-11. Free, open to the public, all supplies provided.
