Join Elisabeth as she guides a one hour 15-minute class of an intermediate (level 2) playful Prana Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Begin with intention setting & a bit of kirtan, followed by approximately 45 minutes of flowing asanas. End with pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, time for seated silent meditation and ending with savasana.
