“Yoga Fusion” is a blending of gentle stretches interlaced with the modalities of Brain Gym, Energy Medicine, and Emotional Freedom Tapping with Vagus Nerve stimulation that promotes better brain/body connections for memory, focus, coordination and moving from a place of “effort” to a place of “ease,” sometimes within minutes!
