101: Foundational Strength & Mobility for Women
Feel strong, supported, and confident in your body. This foundational workshop will blend strength-building exercises with yoga-inspired mobility practices to help you move purposefully and easily. This class is designed for women of all ages and experience levels who want to feel empowered in their bodies and take charge of their long-term health.
What to Expect:
✔️ Learn the fundamentals of functional strength and mobility
✔️ Discover science-backed strategies for lifelong health and resilience
✔️ Build a supportive connection in a welcoming community
✔️ Leave with practical tools and a helpful take-home handout
This is a workshop-style class that prioritizes learning and body awareness. You’ll move, stretch, and practice, but this is not a high-intensity or fast-paced workout. Instead, we’ll focus on:
Safe and effective posture and movement
Proper form and lifting techniques
Breath awareness for strength and calm
Smart warm-up and cool-down routines
Whether you're beginning or refining your fitness journey, this class will give you the knowledge and confidence to support your health for the long haul.
📍 Location: The Garage Gym, 230 Cole Ave., Pinedale, WY
📅 Date: Friday, July 25th, 2025
🕠 Time: 5:30–7:00pm
💵 Cost: $30/person or $50 for two(Free for Garage Gym members)
👯 Instructors: Tracy Perkins (Hey Muscle) & Rebecca Dary (PranaSol)
🧘 What to Bring:Water, comfortable clothes and shoes, and a yoga mat if you prefer your own—everything else is provided!
No experience needed. No perfect fitness level required. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.
