Every Monday for 6 weeks will be dedicated to learning the basics of Muay Thai style punching and kicking. Gain confidence while working one the best resistance and cardio "exercises" out there!
Who is this for?
- People who need cardio but hate machines and running
- People who want to build muscle
- Folks who need an outlet for stress
- Folks who want to be able to defend themselves better
- People who want to do small group classes free from negativity and full of good humor.
- Folks who have no idea what Kickboxing is, but want to try it NO MATTER what their fitness level is now

Included:
- One class a week for 6 weeks with fellow NBs, followed by remaining August regular scheduled classes.
- Gloves, Shin guards, focus mits will be provided at week 3 for attendees.
