Slow Flow Tuesdays - staying supple through winter

Our friendly and diverse little community is the perfect place to start or make a commitment to your yoga journey. We will be practicing mindful breathwork, warming up the body and moving through sequences aimed at keeping you strong and flexible through the colder months and beyond.

I offer plenty of cues so classes are suitable for beginners. First class is free for newbies. BYO mat, water and anything you need for cosy meditation at the end of class.
