What is Bungee Fitness?
You’ll wear a harness attached to bungee cords that provide both support and resistance, helping you move, fly, and work out in a safe and exciting way.
First Time?
Your first class focuses on learning the basics and flying safely. As you gain confidence, you'll strengthen your core and progress to more advanced moves.
Who Can Join:
Participants must be in good health
Not suitable for those with injuries, recent surgeries, or during pregnancy
Maximum weight limit: 90 kg
