Come build strength 💪 and boost your metabolism and mood 🥰 with this accessible full-body strength workout! Join certified group fitness instructor Elizabeth for a sweaty good time 😉

Workout will use dumbbells and glute bands to tone and build muscle. Ideal for those who have exercised some before but need help staying consistent (advanced beginners to intermediate).

We provide some light dumbbells (3s, 5s, 8s) and yoga mats. Bring water and get ready to feel the BOOST! 😁
