Introduction to Meditation: Weekly Tuesday evening classes in English

In the temples meditation is practiced to find inner peace, wisdom and ultimately, the Great Truth or Prajna.
Daily meditation practice gives a moment of peace in the day to reflect, self-observe, comprehend and create space for the consciousness to become active.
The sages of all continents practice some form of meditation or prayer to connect to that which is real, that which is beyond the body and its 5 senses.
We start from the beginning:
* sitting
* breathing
* self-observing
* mantra, music, silence or prayer
* relaxing the mind etc.
Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
