MT COTTON - Men's Walk & Talk Redlands (Make new mates & start you Sunday right!)

Men’s Walk and Talk Redlands is on THIS SUNDAY (June 22 2025) in MOUNT COTTON at 8am!
It's our fourth time walking in Mount Cotton but we plan to come here every second Sunday for a one hour walk just for men.
We start near the big Mount Cotton IGA sign opposite Billy's BBQ at 8am - easy to find and plenty of parking.
We then walk past the daycare to the walking tracks behind.
After our walk for those that are keen we have a free cuppa or drink at one of the cafes (sponsored by LJ Covers).
If it’s raining we still meet but have a cuppa instead of walking - this Sunday we can meet at the Sourdough Bakery if it's wet.
With Men’s Walk & Talk Redlands there’s no pressure, no need to be super fit — it’s all about getting out, having a chat, and supporting each other.
We’re creating a healthy space where men of all ages can open up, share what’s on their mind, support local causes and build stronger community connections.
All boys and men are welcome, tracks are wheelchair and pram accessible and dad’s are more than welcome to bring the little ones.
We alternate every other week between Cleveland and Mount Cotton.
If you want to make new mates or just have a nice Sunday walk, come on down and let’s grow an awesome group here in the Redlands!
And if you know a bloke you think could benefit tell them to come along.
