Free Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Hello all! Westmore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be hosting a FREE women’s self defense seminar on July 13th at 2pm at our location, 239 w. Tefft St. Ages will be from 12 & up. Under 18 will need parental permission.
