Join us Saturday, August 2nd, with Jessica Lewis of Sugarhouse Workshop at the Robert Frost Stone Museum to explore natural dyes from the landscape. We will use in-season plants foraged from the Stone House grounds to create vibrant color on cotton, linen, and silk. We’ll discuss a variety of local plants that can be used to create color, and learn dyeing techniques and tips so you can add extra vibrant, botanical color to your projects and textiles.
This class is best suited for adults and teens; no prior dye experience is necessary. The cost for the workshop is $65.
