Join us for our Silent Retreat w/ Ma Mokshapriya & Raj Shtrom - A Silent Meditation retreat!! Learn to observe your thoughts and sensations without judgment, aiming for self-awareness and mental clarity.

There will be periods of silent meditation, often involving body scans and observing sensations, yoga with Raj Shtrom along with delicious vegetarian meals, short breaks, and evening discourses with Ma Mokshapriya.

Raj was born and raised in India where yoga and philosophy were part of her upbringing. With over 30 years of experience in various styles, she encourages everyone to open up to the possibility of change and helps her students to break fears and barriers to take their practice to the next level.

Investment: $150 per person (Saturday only) or $250 per person (Saturday and Sunday) - includes program, overnight accommodations (shared rooms - limited space available - pay to reserve), and vegetarian meals.
