Join us for the 4 Pillars of Health Spring Series!

Each Tuesday in June, we will be hosting an educational and interactive in person session exploring one of the 4 pillars of health.

Tuesday, June 3rd - Movement
Tuesday, June 10th - Sleep
Tuesday, June 17th - Relaxation
Tuesday, June 24th - Nutrition

This series is open to anyone looking to optimize their health and wellness at any stage.

The cost for this event is $20 per session or $60 for all 4 sessions. Payment may be made in person or by credit card.
