Join us at the Danvers Baptist Annex building behind Fast Stop on Thursday, July 10th at 6 p.m. for Yo-Chi, a combination of Yoga & Tai-Chi. This gentle exercise program is for all skill levels and is meant for adults.
Please bring a mat and water bottle and wear clothes appropriate for exercising.
