Northern Accent at Mardi Gras 2025

Formed in 2023, local area musicians Bill Galetka (guitar, vocals) and Paul Nielsen (guitar, mandolin, vocals) put together an acoustic duo. They perform favorite songs from the past 4 decades of classic and southern rock, as well as more modern alternative country.
Over the course of performing together the last two years, the group started writing songs together and in 2024 released their first self-titled cd of 10 original songs. The music inspired by favorite singer/songwriters from multiple genres reflects their years growing up in these northwoods of WI.
