If you are looking for a little extra help, want to learn a technique or sewing skill? Just bring your sewing machine, fabrics and pattern to "Sewing with a Mentor" and get just the help you need! If you already know how to sew but have a question you would like to get assistance with, this is perfect for you!
Class fee: $15 per student
The classroom is set up with irons both with and without steam, cutting boards with basic rulers, and individual sewing stations, Arrow Gidget II tables & Hydrollic Chairs. Space is limited to 6 per session so reservations are required.
We are blessed to have many individuals who mentor others during the Open Sew with a Mentor time. You will see many familiar faces helping out as mentors. Currently the mentors scheduled for 2025 include Liz, Betty, Kathy, Claudia & Dee.
