This 4-session series is suitable for beginners or for students who want a better understanding of foundational yoga poses. Come and experience Iyengar Yoga which aims to develop not only physical strength and flexibility but also self-awareness, concentration and sense of calm and stability. Each 60-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner you will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner.
