GWLT Native Plant Hike: Spring Ledge Farm
Advertisement
Join Olivia & Christine for an enjoyable native plant hike at Spring Ledge Farm on Monday, June 30!
The route of the hike will follow the thru path (yellow triangles) towards the third field, where we will hike back on the trail marked with red rectangles. We may take small detours on side paths, depending on what's growing!
We may find examples of later Spring ephemerals such Mountain Laurel (Kalmia latifolia), Spicebush (Lindera benzoin), and Ox-eye daisies (Leucanthemum vulgare), among others!
Enter where there is a break in the stone wall near 125 Chapin Road, Holden, MA and park.
RSVP is appreciated, but not necessary. Please email b2xpdmlhIHwgZ3dsdCAhIG9yZw== to RSVP or click https://www.gwlt.org/native-plant-hike-series.html.
