Together we create a nurturing space to breathe with intention, rediscover strength, listen deeply to your body, and honor the transition into parenthood. Through mindful movement, we bring awareness to your core, pelvic floor, and body mechanics to help you move with ease and stability as you care for your little ones.
This class is a welcoming space for all—whether you’re weeks, months, or years postpartum, it’s designed to meet you right where you are. Students are invited to attend on their own or bring their pre-crawling babies along for the practice. Join us as we cultivate patience, compassion, and connection in a community of other mothers.
