Get in the groove and experience the healing power of drumming! Participants report feeling less stressed and more joyful. Some have even reported that they're sleeping better! It's also a great way to meet new people and connect!
This is NOT a drum lesson, African drumming, or a drum circle. It's science-based and Holy Spirit-led.
Yes, you are drumming WITH me using easy beats and rhythms that anyone can follow. Release, restore, and reset your rhythm!
I also add in some affirmations, deep breathing, and creative coaching exercises.
The coaching will be Christian-based, with references to God and the Holy Spirit, but you do not need to be a Christian to attend.
Instructor is Dori Staehle, certified drum therapist, mentor, speaker, author, and owner of Next Stage Drumming.
Cost includes: Drum rental fee, beverages, and instruction. 20% of the total proceeds will go into a scholarship fund to help those who can't afford my classes and events.
Location: The cafe inside Evangel Church, 201 Meadow Drive, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
