This retreat includes 6 x 90 minute sessions and each session will include some quiet meditation to settle your mind, followed by a discussion about a specific topic relating to mental and emotional health.

The sessions will include practical tips that you can incorporate into your life. The aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to create a more peaceful life.

The retreat includes a soundbath session, guided walks, a talking circle around the firepit, food and accommodation.
