PiYo is a workout that combines the muscle-sculpting benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga.

This class will challenge your fitness goals + encourage a healthy lifestyle with a community of like-minded people.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle + towel. No registration is required for this free program. This program is recommended for adults and teens 16+ (younger teens welcome with adult supervision).

PiYo will take place on the Great Lawn.
