Saturday Sampler will begin on September 14, 2024 and continue for twelve months, ending in August 2025.
Quilt Block Genius (Expanded Second Edition) by Sue Voegtlin is the book that we will be using this year. The two colorways we have chosen are Light & Bright and Tried & True.
Here is How It Works:
• At 8:00, 8:45 or 9:30 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month, quilt shop staff will introduce and provide instruction for that month’s block. All three sessions are the same.
• Each participant will buy a fabric kit the first month for $6.00. It contains fabric for one block in the colorway of choice.
• After listening to the instruction, go home and sew the block. Bring the finished block to the following month’s Saturday Sampler class and get the next month’s fabric kit free.
• Participants must bring in their own finished block to get the next kit free.
