Practical Sewing and Mending with Cindy Peck

This course is designed to teach students how to do basic repairs and alterations on clothing and household items. We will discuss and practice replacing buttons and zippers, repairing split seams, repairing holes in fabric, hemming, and simple alterations taking clothing in and out at the seams. You will repair or alter one or two items that you brought with you.
