Kayak & Canoe With HYP

Looking for a little adventure this summer? Join Huntsville Young Professionals for a fun and scenic paddle down the Flint River! Whether you're new to kayaking or a weekend warrior, this laid-back float offers the perfect mix of nature, sunshine, and good company.

We will meet at the North Alabama Canoe and Kayak (NACK) on Saturday, June 28th, at 8:45 a.m. This will be a 4.5+ hour trip down the river with breaks for snacks and lunch. This will be an easy paddle, so don't worry about your experience level, just plan on having a good time!

Cost:
NACK is cash only and the price per person is $45 which includes canoe/kayak rental, paddle, personal floatation device, and shuttle service (If you have your own gear, price is only $30 for the shuttle service).

What to bring:
- Lunch and other snacks
- Cooler
- Water (and other beverage of choice)
- Dry box or ziploc bags
- Towel
- Bathing suit
- Sunglasses, hat, other sun protection
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
