Coke Ovens Hike

Let's meet up for a short hike followed by free play at the Dunlap Coke Ovens! There is a creek for kids to play in near the trail. At the end, we'll play in the big open field across the street from the museum.
Location: Coke Oven Museum (350 Mountain View Cir, Dunlap, TN 37327)
Date: Wednesday 6/11/25
Time: 10am central / 11am eastern
Requirements: ALL attendees MUST have a 2025 waiver on file. Forms for minors are to be completed by a legal guardian.

Intended for: Families attending with children under 18 years old
Cost: Free
Pets: Not allowed (with the exception of service animals)
Skill level: Easy, mostly flat hikes
Stroller/Wheelchair Accessible: Yes (all-terrain highly recommended)
Conditions: All-weather event (except when severe)

We'll meet at the circle driveway across the street from the Coke Oven Museum. You can park just off the circle along the rock wall.
Please make sure everyone in your group is dressed in weather appropriate clothing. Kids should wear clothes that are okay to get dirty, wet, or otherwise messed up. Consider bringing a spare set for afterwards. We also recommend bringing water and some snacks.
All guardians must remain with and are responsible for their own children. By attending this event, you accept all possible risks and acknowledge that facilitators and other members are not liable for any damages including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, lost or damaged property, etc.
