Meet us at The Mill at Fountain Inn, to move, breathe, and bloom with an outdoor Sunday morning slow flow led by TYC instructors, Kristyn and Adriann. Stick around after for lunch or to hang out on the lawn!

These classes are offered on a sliding scale— pay what feels good for you.
