Every second Saturday of the month, grab your mat and your water bottle, and get ready to find your flow at the Center during our mixed-flow estuary yoga classes! Join an instructor from our community partner, Firefly Yoga, for a gentle, relaxing yoga flow with stunning views of the Nisqually Estuary. Our yoga series is all-ages and all-skill-levels friendly.
