Join us for Yoga with Lisa.
Participants will receive a beverage BEFORE the event and get to participate in 3 styles of yoga: Vinyasa (which is a flow style standing) Restorative (easy stretches low on the mat) and then yoga Nidra (a meditation laying on the mat)
This is a mixed class of 20-25 mins of each part.
All levels of fitness are welcome to join. Anyone who can't stand for vinyasa are welcome to sit in a chair.
This will be a gentle yoga session for anyone struggling mentally, emotionally, and/or physically
Bring your own Yoga Mat.
