Join Tara Spaw Fronczek for her unique and thoughtfully crafted Barre class.


Created by a ballerina in 1959, Barre is an exciting and dynamic workout, inspired by ballet movements, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Barre classes help improve balance, flexibility, stamina, postural awareness, strength, and confidence.

Using her dance and physical therapy training, Tara offers a unique Barre workout appropriate for EVERY body. Modifications and variations are offered for all levels of fitness, from beginners to the most experienced clients.

Barre is best performed on a mat, wearing fitted workout gear, and in bare feet or Pilates socks.
