Come and explore your creativity… and learn how mandala art can be used to create a mindful meditative experience. Mandala is a Sanskrit word which means centre or circle. From this centre point a range of symbols and shapes emanate. For thousands of years mandalas have been used in many cultures for self-expression, personal growth and spiritual transformation.

In this session, you will enjoy a mindful creative and therapeutic experience from creating your very own unique and beautiful geometric design. We’ll take a brief look at the history of mandalas, immerse in a soothing guided meditation and explore the symbolism behind them and how they can serve as a reflection of our inner selves.
Whether you're looking to cultivate mindfulness, explore your inner landscape, unleash your creativity, or simply unwind in a supportive community, our mindful mandala workshop offers a nurturing space for you to explore, create, and connect. There are many benefits of creating mandala art, including improving concentration and focus, developing mindfulness and enhancing your sense of colour, shapes and patterns.
