Join Brazosport Art League for a two-day oil painting workshop, "A Landscape's Impression" with instructor Nathaniel Spates on Friday & Saturday, July 18 & 19 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM in the BAL studio.
This workshop is open to adults at an intermediate skill level and up. Registration for the two-day workshop is $90 for BAL members and $100 for non-members.
Spates' workshop will include techniques, processes and outcomes. Students will use oil paint, applied quickly and in high volume to communicate space, texture and form, focusing on brush stroke direction to emphasize motion in the landscape.
