In this martial arts class, we will talk about pushing through obstacles through a positive mental attitude and how to develop the perseverance needed to accomplish your goals. Through a fast paced, high energy karate class participants will learn the fundamentals of American Kenpo Karate and be able to apply the techniques and the messages taught to break through obstacles with board breaking!
