This weekly support group is a safe, confidential space created by and for first responders and veterans—firefighters, police officers, EMTs, dispatchers, and others on the front lines—who are navigating the challenges of mental health, stress, trauma, and PTSD. Led by peers who understand the unique pressures of the job, the group offers a non-judgmental environment to
share experiences, find support, and build resilience.
Whether you’re currently struggling or just need a place to decompress and connect with others who “get it,” this group provides a consistent space for healing and mutual support. Each
session includes open discussion, shared coping strategies, and optional guided topics around trauma, stress management, and wellness.
No rank. No pressure to talk. No Judgement. Just real people, real stories, and real support.
