This family-friendly class teaches the skill of long-term food preservation through canning. Practice the basics of safe waterbath canning by crafting a jar of dilly beans. Learn safe canning methods (including pressure canning), equipment and recipe review, storage of food preserves, and some troubleshooting tips along the way.

Leave with a jar of dilly beans, recipes, and resources to continue your canning journey to maximize food storage and enjoy fresh flavors year round.
