Next Level Pole Dance Class

Next Level is for those who can't stand to learn another walk around the pole and hold back your ability in a beginner class. It is hard being the committed one who comes to class, but doesn't quite feel ready for Int/Adv class, however you clearly have touched a pole and are ready to go. This is where Next Level comes in. Whether you have taken several beginner classes and it came naturally or you want to perfect technique. We got you.
We will work on Climbs. Holds. Grips. Conditioning, Spins and more. (oh, and pointing your freaking toes!) We may touch on some inverts, but will mostly stay heads up in this class. This class is also great for those who have hit a plateau in their self-taught journey and want help navigating into the pole studio world. We can help with technique and progress your journey. We can also help gauge if you should be bumped into a harder class or not.
This is not a dance based class. Heels are not necessary, but you are welcome to bring them if you prefer.
You do not need to know how to climb as we will work on this in this class.
You should have taken our intro program or a handful of beginner classes prior to taking this class. If you are self-taught with a few months under your belt, that is okay as well.
Please No First Timers.
**Please bring shorts if you are not wearing them. Shorts that show thigh, you will need skin contact. No lotions or jewelry. Grip aid highly recommended. We sell dry hands in the studio.
