Ready to see what this whole pole fitness thing is? This class is for you. It is designed to teach you foundational moves that you can build on. Some moves you will likely see in this class are walk around, dip spin, pirouette, fire person spin, chair spin, secretary spin, basic climb, sit, crucifix, forward fold, fan kick, hood ornament, genie, front/back hook spin, jasmine, etc. If you don't know what any of that is, great! That is what this class is intended for.
We will stay heads up in this class and will possibly work on conditioning for future inverts depending on assessed class level.
What to wear... Wear what makes you comfortable, but skin contact is necessary for most pole trick moves. Booty Shorts and Bikini styed bottoms are great. Sports bra or tank top. Bring a grip aid if you need it (my favorite is Dry Hands).
Please no long pants or long sleeves. We love every bit of you no matter the size, color, or texture.
